Need to download file to computer

Now that I've subscribed to the mobile app and the Gold plan, I can't download a route to my computer. I thought that this program was the answer to all my problems but if I can't download the file, it isn't. Please someone help!

Please give us some more details about what you want to do, what systems you use (iOS or Android; Windows or Mac or anything else as computer environment).
I am pretty sure that Me or some others guys here can help you, if we understand what exactly your problem/issue is.

@Barb-Miller in route lab you need to upload you're route to routelab in order to use is

@TomOnTour Thanks for your offer to help. I opened the program on my laptop and tried saving it to another gpx extension and it automatically downloaded the file so I'm a happy camper now!
