Help. App Doesn't navigate -- Update!

I planed a little trip as test before I go a very far distance.
Actually I'm lost without another Navigation-app. MR-app doesn't work at all.- Planed a route with web.
- I am right now on this route, but MRA continues to say, it can't route.
- Did not start the routing from start.
I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Activated all options in the app. Tried it with track log. But this doesn't work either. Meanwhile I tried all options. -- Its very frustrating.
Sygic, Calimoto and so on work at once.
Update:
Because it can affect others:
My devices all route via a VPN. The VPN prevents tracking and fingerprinting.
Among other things. I sometimes forget that.
So it should be considered in the VPN/firewall configuration. Add *.here.com to the exception. Otherwise the app cannot route.
So I take everything back and claim the opposite

I have informed HERE that their servers often fail to communicate when users use a VPN. Hopefully they get everything whitelisted sooner rather than later. -

@No6671, great of you to come forward!
@Corjan-Meijerink, I can't see any blacklist for here.com on mxtoolbox.com. If they block it, they probably do it on purpose. Are there specific subdomains being used that can be checked? Probably also some exotic ports are use too. VPNs ar known for not translating undefined ports.
