Does MyRoute reads the e-mails on info@myroute.com ?

I have tried to contact MyRoute 2 times regarding my subscription. In particular about the Gold Membership.
But no reply what so ever. Are there ways to communicate directly ?

Please state the means through which you've tried to reach out, as sending an email to info@myrouteapp.com isn't the right way to request support about your subscription.
If you have questions regarding your subscription, payment or membership please take up contact with the official customer support through the appropriate support channel.
