App does not work with road closures.

Looking at a route through a known road closure that Apple and Google maps identify however the app just routes through it.

@HighPeakRider
Google is always going to win in terms of live traffic, since it monitors people's phones/devices whilst they're driving - that's not data which MRA has access to / can afford.MRA has some information:

However that's not good enough, I agree. It's showing road works, not a closure - that's misleading.
And here's one.network, which is more independent than Google, and tells you the reason:

I would expect MRA's traffic supplier (HERE?) to have a more accurate feed.

Unfortunately, the roadworks or closures are not always up to date at HERE. We have to live with that. Or check everything with Google.

@Jörgen A free service I would live with it, but this is a subscription service and should be correct especially as the free services are correct, this is a documented closure.

@HighPeakRider You are no paying ONLY for the correctness of such data, the App is more than this. And MRA is dependent on the Here data.
I don't see it so critically. -

@HighPeakRider MRA will probably never be able to compete with specialty apps such as Google Maps and Waze especially for A to B routing. It's strength lies in other areas.
