POI File format

Hello
Can anyone supply me with a POI file in csv format so I can see how it needs to be structured. I need to be able to load some custom POI's in the Route App that I can have on hand not having to manually add them all the time.
I don't see anything that states how such a file is structured in the Support pages....just that you can import csv files.

Kenny@kennyhalleynet-com i use https://www.poieditor.com/ to create and edit my POI files. Just upload, edit and download the new file !
