Sending Route to Garmin XT
-
I create a route here in MyRoute (On my computer).
I open the MyRoute App on my iPhone.
Select the route and export it (1.2 gpx)
Send it to the Garmin Express app.
The Garmin Express app sends it to my Garmin XT.
The file is received in Garmin Xt and begins to calculate route.
NORMALLY after it reaches 100% its done and you can find the route in your planned route.
My problem is it keeps getting stuck at a percentage between 0-100%.I hook my Garmin XT directly to my computer and send the route directly from MyRoute.
I get the same problem. This happening to anyone else?

No, can you share the url from the route here? Make sure it is set public.
Are there via points in the route? -
@Frank-Caridi Why not send it to the Garmin Drive app that you can also download to yo your phone?
-
@Frank-Caridi ... what @Rob-Veerman said ...this works very well.
-
@Rob-Veerman Sorry I made a mistake. I do send it via the Garmin Drive app and I still have the problem

Do you have the problem in general or is it a specific route wich causes the trouble?
-
@Frank-Caridi Normally of you export a route using the Drive app, the route is put directly in your XT
You can find it via Apps tripplanner -
@Reinhard-32 I have the problem with new routes and older routes too that previously did not give me problems.
-
@Marinus-van-Deudekom I do use the Garmin Drive app and it sends it no problem. The problem happens when it arrives in my Garmin XT and begins to calculate the route...it starts at 0% and usually goes to 100% and the calculation is complete but no it will get stuck anywhere from 0% to 100%

@Frank-Caridi
I also use MRA and a ZumoXT and it works for me.I have the following way of working:
-
for route creation I use the HERE map.
-
at the end I check for each waypoint whether it is exactly on the road and correct it if necessary.
-
all avoidances are switched off in the routing settings of the ZumoXT.
Only then do I transfer the routes in GPX 1.1 format to the ZumoXT using Garmin Drive.
This is how it works for me.

@Reinhard-32 I do the same thing as Reinhard and on top of that in my case I don't use any restrictions as well in MRA.
In the XT recalculating is turned off
