Using “Offline”…

I am part of the MRA beta group, I have downloaded offline maps but I don’t see how I access them. If I go offline (say airplane mode or just no mobile data/wifi) then the map detail disappears.
Additionally, if for some reason the app has booted me out, which seems to happen sometimes when my data connection is weak, than I can’t get back in and access anything, i.e. I can’t log into the app while off line. I know that is logical but I can’t see the point of offline maps if they can’t be used or accessed when I’m off line!
This is the only issue where my Garmin sat nav scores over MRA. The Garmin works wherever I am.
I am an iPhone user and have the beta on the phone. -

You have to download the route and choose make it off-line available

@Hans-van-de-Ven-MRA-Master, Some people indeed experience logouts under certain conditions witch weak internet connection. I think/hope it will be improved in an upcoming update, because that is not intentional behavior. Offline maps will always be used whenever they are available. Even with a live internet connection.
