Google mapping vehicles (GMV) tend to avoid unpaved roads. In Google maps, enabling "street view" shows where the GMV goes, in blue. If the road continues beyond the blue, it's likely unpaved. Having MyRouteApp add that as an additional overlay would be awesome.

If you use the Here map you can tell by the color of the road which is marked as unpaved, and by looking at streetview you can also see the situation.
