Avoid unpaved roads does not appear in toolkit

I do not see avoid unpaved roads in the toolkit. Please advise.
That option is only available when you use the TomTom or Here map

@Ian-Feinberg As Hans said, only the Here and TomTom planning maps offer the option to avoid unpaved roads and for this you will need a Gold account.
