I have just created a route in MyRoute app, so from home to my first destination then to next destination and then home again and chose to avoid motorways. Why is it when I open the same route in the navigation app on my phone it defaults to using motorways? I have to remember to edit route settings and choose avoid motorways! Surely the route on the Nav app should be the same as you plan it on your computer?

Hi @Craig-4. Did you use the Here map when you plotted your route? MRA Nav uses the Here map. Additional route points will also stop you from using motorways. Always fully zoom into each route point to see that it is accurately placed on the road.

@Nick-Carthew think I planned it on Google maps.

@Nick-Carthew done that and perfect, route in Nav app exactly like in planner. Still prefer to plan using Google maps though, oh well!

@Craig-4 That’s still possible. Use the Here map as the base map to plan on and switch on the Google overlay map.
