Those white boxes you see are so-called "Card Tiles". The world is, as it were, divided into huge jigsaw puzzles with different zoom levels. Depending on your zoom level, we then build a jigsaw puzzle with those Card Tiles that corresponds to your image. That is the most efficient way of showing a route.What strikes me is that only a few tiles are missing. In general, this depends on the occupation of your (home) network. The card is then 'overruled' by another network process and some tiles are missing. Long story short: the problem should solve itself because your network is free again.
It occasionally happens that the suppliers of the Card Tiles themselves have some difficulty in delivering the tiles because, for example, many users worldwide use the service at the same time. Even then the problem will resolve itself.
My main check question is therefore: has the problem been solved in the meantime? If not, if you keep the map in view for a while. Do the tiles eventually load after a while?

The phenomenon also occurs with me. On the Mac and the Macbook. Safari and Firefox. Refrsh has no effect. Just like removing cash and cookies.
I am the only user on this network and the speed is not lower than usual.Het verschijnsel doet zich bij mij ook voor. Op de Mac en de Macbook. Safari en Firefox. Refrsh heeft geen effect. Net zo min als verwijderen van cash en cookies.
Ik ben de enige gebruiker op dit netwerk en de snelheid is niet lager dan anders. -

@jack-van-tilburg Yep, accurate with my situation. Macbook / MacBook Air both the same behaviour exactly as you describe.
Is there a solution? Its quite annoying. It was not like that in the past. -

If I get an update on my ticket I'll report it here. -
I am getting the same issue, I on the verge of purchasing the MRA Gold product. The issue is if it's like this then its not worth paying of the product.
Will be interested if there is a fix.

@darryl-moss I'm experience this only in the route Library. I expect it will be solved... MRA gold is still a good product if you make your own routes and even export them to other devices.
For example, Basecamp is not so intuitive as MRA! -

Ik denk niet dat de onderliggend oorzaak aan ons bekend gemaakt wordt.
In mijn ticket staat sinds gisteren:
"Ik zal het doorgeven aan de desbetreffende persoon zodra deze van verlof is."
Mijn interpretatie daarvan is dat er binnen MRA nog niets gedaan is. Waarschijnlijk lag de oorzaak buiten MRA (invloeden).I don't think the underlying cause is being disclosed to us.
Since yesterday my ticket says:
"I will pass it on to the appropriate person as soon as they are off leave."
My interpretation of this is that nothing has been done within MRA yet. The cause was probably outside of MRA (influences). -

Ticket has been closed by MRA Support with the following notification via email:
"Glad to hear that the card is working properly again. Our programmer immediately started looking into the problem after his leave (It turned out to be a performance problem) and fixed it as soon as possible."Ticket is door MRA Support afgesloten met onderstaande melding via mail:
"Fijn om te horen dat de kaart weer naar behoren werkt. Onze programmeur is na zijn verlof direct begonnen met het bekijken van het probleem (Het bleek een prestatie probleem te zijn) en heeft het zo snel mogelijk verholpen." -
