Feature suggestion - zoom road numbers with map

Hi There,
Long time MRA user here, but one thing really frustrates me - and that is that the route line on the map covers the road numbers on the map and they can be really difficult to see.
For example - you can't tell if the road is the A286 or A246 because the black line goes right over the middle number.
Is it possible to either have the road numbers float OVER the route line, or for them to zoom larger as you zoom in on the map? Or - add an option to make the route line temporarily transparent or less opaque.
