Lots of small issues

Last week we were in France heading back to the port Saturday , the weather forecast was for heavy rain and possible lightning, so I wanted to remove some of the way points to enable a more direct route. However mra kept telling me there was no Internet connection when there clearly was. Then I discovered you were doing maintenance on the site. On the way twice the screen went blank, then I am city center in the poring rain it pixilated.I gave up the and switched to waze which worked perfectly. I am also unable to use the function at the bottom of the page to go to way points etc.
It all seems very clunky and unreliable at the moment -

It all seems very clunky and unreliable at the moment@Martin-Keen, It is a pita that you were confronted with the maintenance message, which was really a system-outage (the first one iirc). Some explanation is done in the announcement section. I am unsure what you mean exactly by "pixilated". It is always good when something strange happens, to grab a screenshot. If you had trouble with raindrops, there is na function to lock the screen to prevent drops from messing with the app. But Waze would have suffered from the same thing I guess. I hope you will get a better second impression than your first...

Like you said, there were some maintenance on the website/server...
Just an unfortunate coincidence.....
