Outage of services

Hi everyone!  For everything is a first! 
 This night we unfortunately experienced a critical issue resulting in an application wide outage.As of 03:00 CEST our services were disrupted by an unplanned and undesired automatic update. 
 At 07:30 CEST I enabled the maintenance mode for our website preventing as much user interaction as possible.
 From 11:00 CEST we are back online! Conclusion 
 Any change within your account between 03:00 and 11:00 cannot be recovered. This includes saved tracklogs, created / modified routes or anything else really.Any purchases made between these times have been manually restored meaning that you should have access to the purchased services. Account deletion / subscription cancellation have also been lost. These payments will obviously be refunded if this influences your account. Sorry for this outage
