I got a new phone. Need help downloading to my Zumo Xt

Hello all, thanks so much for this forum. I recently got a new phone and now I can't automatically download my routes to my Garmin Zumo Xt. I'm sure that I'm missing a Garmin app on my phone. I apologize if this is the wrong forum to post this question. I just think there are probably many people using the Garmin XT. Please let me know what apps I need to have on my phone.
My phone is an Android phone.

I think you need Garmin Drive on your phone
