Apologies, I'm sure this might have beenn asked many times already... however, Is there a set of simple instructions how to download a route from MRA into the BMW Connected Ride App, and then onto the CRN itself?

You can transfer a route to the BMW CRN in 2 ways:-
Open the route and save it as gpx 1.1 (Track, POI) the route is saved in the downloads folder of your PC. Connect the CRN to your PC using the supplied cable. Then move the gpx file to the "Routes" folder on the CRN.
In the CRN go to Navigation, then routes, then click on the 3 dots at the top right and choose import. Choose the route you want to import. -
Download the MyRoute-app app from the store and install it on your phone. Log in with your MRA account in the app. Go to routes, select the route you want to transfer, click on download, then export and then choose the Connected app from BMW. Choose the track, remove any other "v" from the files to be imported and choose import. If you have connected the CRN with the Connected App to your BMW ID, the route will also be visible in the CRN
