And so I raise another request, again related to places to eat or sleep, in myroute web with google maps you can see the restaurants, hotels, etc., but you can't see the data (reviews, opening times, etc.) and so you have to go and find them separately on google maps, it would be much better to open the page pointing to the data of the restaurant, hotel, etc. on google maps directly from myroute web.
As for being able to make phone calls, in the mountains in the middle of the valleys it often happens that there is no 5g or 4g signal and if it goes well there is a GPRS signal, but you can make decent calls.

you often give the impression of stating the everything is better at Osmond

Because until now it is ! No offence to the developers, but there are a lot of posts with issues that can back this up.....

I agree with the others, you already indicated that you have given up on MRA and with every question from someone else you come up with big screen shots of the software of another Navigation app you prefer with the confirmation that they are better. After a few times this gets very annoying.

I fully understand your request, but that would mean that MRA have to maintain a database with all of this data. You can link to the Google data by using there API, but you have to pay for the traffic it generates.

The team could extend the POI database with 2 fields from the GPX1.1 schema, where the "Linktype"and "Email" could be functional.
        Knipsel.JPG
In this way you can also export it to other devices.

I worked around this limitation and import the POI into Excel, get the address from the coordinates with the (personal) Google API key ( I place brackets on the field I want the address and get them in batch). Limitation is that if you request to much data, Google will send a bill 😞

        79cdce4d-56a4-429e-8e80-a64433da2cfc-image.png

and import it again in MRA with the address data

If you want to have the data into for example Garmin, place a Viapoint and a POI on the same point

I have not made myself clear enough, I am not asking for the google maps data to be incorporated into myroute web, that would be an enormous and disproportionate amount of work and resources, but that from myroute web we can directly open another window in the browser on the google maps site already positioned at the location chosen in myroute web to facilitate localisation.

@ginogino, I think Google will qualify that as commercial use of their platform, and send a bill to MRA (who in turn has to up the subscription fee to their customers).

I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

No, this can be done with a hyperlink without API.

@BertM, I know, but I am still not convinced that generating such links from within a commercial app (not public) is not limited by terms.

                        That's exactly what I meant.
