Hello, I purchased a lifetime Gold subscription, and now it asks me for an upgrade fee of €90.75 , also my previously saved routes have disappeared.
Can anyone give me an explanation? Thank youIt is likely that you did not use the same account for your purchase as what you are using in the app. Another issue might be that you are trying to navigate a route, while the Navigation license is not included in your Gold planner license.
