downgraden naar voorlaatste versie / downgrade to the penultimate version

It would be useful if there were an option to downgrade to the penultimate version.
Fortunately, it doesn't happen very often, but very occasionally it turns out that a new version doesn't work (properly).
At the moment, you don't have much of a choice if there is a new version, it is normally installed automatically by default. If it then turns out that it causes problems on your device, you can therefore no longer use the navigation at that point. This can be very inconvenient, for example if this happens when you are on holiday and only have the routes in MRA. Which is why it might be useful to be able to revert to the penultimate version and thereby be given the option to temporarily disable automatic updates.Het zou handig zijn als er een mogelijkheid komt om de laatste versie te downgraden.
Gelukkig gebeurt het niet vaak, maar heel af en toe blijkt dat een nieuwe versie niet (goed) werkt.
Je hebt op dit moment weinig keuze. Als er een nieuwe versie is, wordt deze normaal gesproken standaard automatisch geïnstalleerd. Als dan blijkt dat deze op jouw toestel problemen veroorzaakt kun je de navigatie op dat moment dus niet meer gebruiken. Dat kan heel lastig zijn, bijvoorbeeld als dit gebeurt op het moment dat je op vakantie bent en de routes alleen in MRA hebt staan.
Vandaar dat het handig zou kunnen zijn dat je terug kunt naar de voorlaatste versie en daarbij de mogelijkheid krijgt om de automatische updates tijdelijk uit te schakelen.met een R1250RT met TFT
en BMW Connected Ride App(die dus nog steeds niet voldoet!) ; M.R.A. in combinatie met de Carpuride W702 (voor Android op de Motor!), de Garmin Zumo XT als backup en een Samsung Galaxy S24 -

@white-mouse I don't think that a downgrade mode should be possible. As you stated it is a rare occasion where an update leads to an not to used app. I'm quite shure that in such an occasion help will be provided by our devs. In short don't overreacte and enjoy the ride

@white-mouse I don't think that a downgrade mode should be possible. As you stated it is a rare occasion where an update leads to an not to used app. I'm quite shure that in such an occasion help will be provided by our devs. In short don't overreacte and enjoy the ride

Marinus, what you say is absolutely right. Such a problem is indeed remedied as a priority.
Last year, I experienced this myself during my holiday. No connection to AA possible. The fix was ready within 3 days but so those were three days that I could not do navigation via MRA. Fortunately, I still had my Garmin with it.met een R1250RT met TFT

I know, it's not a solution - but if I need the device because of p.e. holiday/vacation - I never run an update in this time!
Don't change a running system
It's in IT mostly impossible to develop without any little issue. Therefore we have to many different devices, Operating Systems and other circumstances roundabout.
I also don't believe to have a "roll back" available in MyRouteApp; such a solution isn't easy to prepare...
So, I only can say: be patient... -
