Scenic Route tool creates a Track

I like the tool for creating Scenic Routes 'Create scenic roundtours' on the home page but why does it create a Track instead of a Route?
Thanks@Rob-Kelley If I am not mistaken, the primary reason why the tool creates a track instead of a route is that, while standing next to or sitting on your motorcycle, you create a route that you can immediately ride without having to worry about anything other than the distance, duration, and the wind direction in which you want to ride.

Thanks@Rob-Kelley, The reason for this, is that the generated "route" needs to be equal for all available map providers. Only a track does that without manual intervention. Besides that, HERE natively does not offer a roundtrip generator. Therefore the OSM map is used by the roundtrip generator, and the track can be loaded in MRA Navigation (using HERE maps). Not ideal nor perfect but it works ;-).
