New User to MRA

Hello everyone!
Just got the app and signed up for gold and Next.
from the UK. Really looking forward to getting some great routes ridden.

Now ive just hooked up an Aoocchi C6 and connected to my phone
tried the MyRoute app via carplay and its messaging me that i need a next subsrciption! Which ive literally just got!?

Anyone any ideas? Do i need to reset something?
Any help appreciated.

Now all sorted and showing on C6.
