MyRoute app does not answer (both car and MC)

MyRoute app does not respond (Close / Wait)
A few weeks ago it worked perfect. Now Myroute does not answer when connecting to car or MC. Other apps work (like music player and phone).MC is a Honda African Twin Adventure Sport 2024 model so should be pretty updated. Same with car Skoda Enyaq 80x iV 2022 model. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra / Android version 14
I have of course uninstalled MyRoute and installed it again.
I am a Gold Member with lifetime membership on both.
So wtf has happened ? Anyone else seen the same ? -

It looks like there is a bug. They are examaning at the moment.
The bug involves the connection with Android Auto. See other posts regarding the subject!! -

For some strange reason it suddenly started on my MC, but it will not follow the route i have set. It shows the blue line to follow (so it knows where i am (gps = ok)) But when i start the ride nothing happens. if i stop and press the comass sign (bottom right on mobile) it repositions to new place (which is correct), but again when continuing the ride nothing happens.

@Tore-Teigene Hi. Assuming you're using Android Auto, when the navigation stops have you tried getting your phone out and clicking the Navigate button on the phone in MRA? That sometimes gets the navigation to start working again on the AA device. Or it crashes MRA completely. One of the two usually happens!

@Tore-Teigene are you a bêta tester. Because in the last update, 346 the problem was solved.

Is that the beta version or the official ? -

It seems strange that the problem still exists at your side because I myself and a lot of others voor it working since the update -

@Tore-Teigene If the problem still exists on your side I would put in a service ticket and get help from our Devs to solve your problem. If you want to leave the Beta program delete the app and start installing it again. My advice would be to keep the Beta version eventhough you might run into some trouble but that's why it's called a beta

Well, when the tool refuses to work it makes no sense to keep it installed.
I followed your suggestion buyt i still end up with the same version. There is no option to choose beta version or not from what i can see.
Please advice. -

Jeg vet ikke om det hjelper, men prøv å tømme appens hurtigminne. Jeg hadde også noen merkelige problemer her om dagen, og de ble alle løst med det.Ik weet niet of het helpt, maar probeer eens het cache geheugen van de app leeg te maken. IK had laatst ook wat vreemde problemen en die zijn daarmee allemaal opgelost.
