Recalculation of route very wrong

I confronted the navigation-app and drove another route than recommended.
The app tried to divert me using U-turns even though I had much closer to destination than the proposed route. I did not have any special requirements for the route (such as disallow motorways etc.).

Hi there!Ehre are several ways how you might have "setup" this route, so please give us some more information how you did "made" this trip: Is it a route, did you just enter an a to b thing?
Depending how you "setup" this case there are different answers
possible.

I am sorry I forgot that information.
This was an A to B route with no special waypoints.
I started at BangÄrdsgatan in the city BorlÀnge, and a made an U-turn south of the petrol-station POI, and turned east traveling south on that other road.
Just a couple of kilometers from when I took the screenshot (close to the city Smedjebacken, I did not notice it directly), the navigation app recalculated the route correctly to the destination. -

@Johannes-Bergmark, that's exactly the problem. You are driving a track (using curvy options or roundtrips generate a track). Of you leave the track, you will be directed back to where you left of, assuming you want to drive that track.
Hopefully this will be improved in the future, to advance the track from wherever you hit it.
