blu tracks disappear

Hi everyone, I'm traveling but I have a problem that bothers me. Randomly the blue track of the route disappears but the other navigation parameters are maintained, this situation makes it very difficult for me when I drive. What is the cause and how can I solve it?

@Corrado-Miniati-0 can you provide some more information? What phone are you using? Are you using AA or CP? Do you have the maps downloaded? Are you in offline or online mode? Does the line reappear after a short time?

Happened to me too in the same manner the last days in France several times.
iPhone and CP visible on both displays.
Interupption extend about 4-7 kilometers on main roads and highway. Also on one case a Viapoint set by random before was on the interruption not visible on the road.Cannot repeat this situation the next time. We are back and I have no such intensive use of MRA here at home.

I use a Samsung rugged tablet with Android. I was nav online and the blue trail reappeared the next day for another trip but it never reappeared after it disappeared.Thanks a lot
