Sena S20 issues

During a recent trip the audio volume was very low when myroute-app was paired with my Sena S20 while it was paired with my partners. The volume was much better when she turned her communicator off. Has anyone else experienced that issue and if so any suggestions for resolving?

@Stuart-Whitling You have to adjust the default settings of the Sena. That works easiest with the Sena app.

@Stuart-Whitling play with the audio overlay/multitasking settings. That was the fix for me
