Especially like the Routes syncing so no more needing to “download” them locally before going on a tour…. Awesome! -

Thanks for the update and very happy with the way the maps look now. When just playing a little with the app I found something strange. When I open and start navigation a route which was created for a motorbike or car, the route is navigated in camper mode which is my default setting for creating new routes. I also have to confirm the camper message before navigation starts.

@Corjan-Meijerink Love what has been done with this update and the project sync appears to be working really well so far.
That said, when saving generated tracks, I wonder if a previous ‘pop up’ screen might now be redundant.
If I take a route that i have quickly created and stop navigation, I receive the unusual ‘No’ or ‘Navigate” - photo 1.
However, if I then say no, the following appears - photo 2:
I still have the option to navigate, close the route without saving or enter MRA Planner for changes and/or saving. Not sure I need the step at photo 1 given the options in photo 2.
Maybe it is to do with CarPlay but happy to be corrected if I am missing something.

Thanks for the update and very happy with the way the maps look now. When just playing a little with the app I found something strange. It's been a while and believe me, it has also been quite some work.
A massive shoutout to Joost is well deserved
He works in the dark to serve the light! And he definitely brings to light to all MRA users with this update. After a lot of technical coding 
we are proud to present this smashing 4.3.0 update: project Sync! 
Sync all your routes
Sync? What is sync? According to the oxford dictionary:
in (or out of) sync working well (or badly) together; in (or out of) agreement.
With this update, the app will sync well with the website.
Meaning that all your routes will be magically synced across both platforms
You can select to sync all your routes or choose an individual route to be synced.
When a route (or all for that matter) is marked as syncable, any changes made to that route in the app, will be uploaded to the website. Or when the route is modified on the website, it will be automatically updated on your phone
By doing so, all your routes will be available in the app all the time and most important of all, they are up to date
Therefore the downloads folder now no longer contains your own routes.
Groups / events / friends are not synced or available offline by default. You will still need to download these yourself and yes, they can be found in your downloads.Conflict handling
What if you made changes in the app and on the website? How do we select the right one to save? We don't! You do
Conflicts are automatically detected and you are forced to resolve these in the app.
Restyling information screen
To facilitate the offline availability of all your routes, the information screen has been modified too!
A cleaner look and besides that the following options have been added:
- Share link to route
- Show QR code for easy access
- Mark route to be synced
- Delete
Map styles navigation
Yippee-ki-yay, motherf***er!
This one will make a lot of people very, very happy!The HERE map lacked some detail. Sad but true
A weird development how all major map suppliers changed their colour scheme to be less rich in contrast.
Head over to the map styling section and be amazed! We offer 3 different colour themes and 5 editions! Are you oriented on logistical roads, we got your back!
Want to use the old colour scheme? Try out "Wong" Bonus points to the person that discovers the favourite band of me and Joost.
Improvements generated routes
Did you ever generate a nice route? Did you ever want to save / share that? I guess both apply to you but you could never achieve the second
An issue that is no more!
Generate a route and with the touch of a button, you can share the same configuration to your buddy. As this is a QR code, we expect the person that scans it, to be in the same location as you
If not, just save the route! Then you can share the route and it will work too.Minor changes
- Improved Spanish translations thanks to active MRA user Ramon C.L.
- You can now switch between imperial and metric directly from the app
- HERE SDK updated to newest version

Is there a way to mark every newly created route synced by default?
I did a quick test, the route has been synced and works fine but there is no map preview on the initial screen, can it be improved?

@Stanisław If you enable the sync all, this will also ensure all your newly created routes will be synced.
To load the map, an internet connection is required at this point.
Therefore we added a pretty custom background and simply draw the shape of the route (when you're offline) If that doesn't give you enough info, just start the navigation and those offline maps will be used! -

Map styles is great and they look good on the phone. That said, they may need more contrast or vibrancy for CarPlay; I will see later.

@Corjan-Meijerink, Great update. It usually is, but this one is very special!
One small tip concerning the sync mechanism. I think a lot of users (like me) have many folders they seldomly use, and only few that get visited frequently. It would be great if the "sync all" feature could be available on a "per folder" basis. But then again, we already established that the memory impact of hundreds of routes is not really big, so for now I will go with the overall "Sync All" feature. Thanks for that! -

Another cool update!! Very happy with the new map colors!
Small tips/feedback:
- After opening the overview with all routes I get the message "Synchroniseren van bibliotheek". Then this disappears and the image jumps. Because of this jumping I have already pressed the wrong line a few times.
- I have to get used to the layout of the new overview of the routes. It looks a bit different than the rest of the app, but that is getting used to it I think. I don't know how it can be better either

I see what you mean. However on my phone the sync is really short if there is nothing to update. But when the syncing is done the routes are shift up a bit indeed. It hasn't bothered me yes, but I see what you mean. Maybe the message can be place over the list instead of on top of the list.
