Unable to calculate route offline

I'm doing some tests for my next trip! I made the gpx tracks available offline, I downloaded the maps of the same area, but if for example I put my smartphone offline, I go to the offline gpx download folder, I load it, I can see the preview of the itinerary, but when I click on NAVIGATE it tells me that it is impossible to calculate the itinerary because it is off-Line... is everything normal like this or am I doing something wrong?

@Aiello-antonino Tracks only go online, it must be a route and you need the HERE map of the area on your mobile phone.

That's how it is and this is how it works:

Thanks for the reply! I had downloaded the maps about 3 days ago, I'm sure of this, because I also downloaded the ones for France, where I'm going next week, I had also done some tests in those days and everything worked off-line (I always use routes and not tracks), after your reply, I went to check, well, the maps are no longer there... I can't explain it... now I'm downloading them again! Question, after 7n app update, are the maps deleted?

@Aiello-antonino : Actually, the cards will not be deleted with a small MRA update.. unless your last version was already older then that could be .!!

@Hubert-Thoring the previous to the latest version where you can now modify routes even offline‍️
