SatNav changing the route ..

My previous posts seemed to have disappeared .. for the history of it you may have to find the originals .... for now, I've re-posted the last one below.

So, after redoing all the routes and comparing to TomTom etc ..... the route then took me to waypoint 21, turned me around after 100 yards then took me left tup the road (well, a bit more than a footpath !) as highlighted and then out onto the A592 and on to waypoint 22 .....

Any explanations ??

I would be grateful for any help or explanations as I have planned a big tour in September and really don't want the hassle of this type of error spoiling the trip.
