CarPlay menu option for “routes”

Current CarPlay menu option lists “recent, favourite, fuel, parking, restaurant, hotel” but doesn’t have “routes”. Could we have an app menu option to choose to have “routes” instead of say “Parking” as being a motorcycle tourer I pre-save several routes for use when away and at present I’d have to always pull my phone out to select a route. No big issue but would enhance CarPlay for those investing in CarPlay functionality on their bikes. That option would also differentiate MRA from TomTom that also don’t have that option either !

@Bart-DM thanks for letting me know. I realise CarPlay, especially for bikes is relatively new and has some limitations. Having routes option would be icing on the cake for me though. Cheers.

Hallo Corjan. Kun je zeggen welke nieuwe features er in de update zitten? Ik heb er ook nog wel 1 of 2 die ik graag verwerkt zie in de nieuwe Carplay

@Corjan-Meijerink Wat ik graag aangepast zou zien is:

1. Wanneer ik de audio melding van de route wil herhalen, druk ik op mijn telefoon op de pijltjes links bovenaan. De gesproken route melding wordt dan herhaald. Dit werkt niet op de MRA app in Carplay.

2. Rechts bovenin mijn scherm op mijn telefoon staat het nieuw volgende routepunt. Als ik deze wil overslaan dan klik ik op het routepunt rechts bovenin, en krijg dan de vraag om deze over te slaan. Het nieuwe routepuntnummer komt in beeld. Op de MRA app in de Carplay staat rechts onderin wel de "druppel" van het routepunt, maar het nummer staat er niet in. Als ik deze "druppel" activeer zie ik op mijn telefoonscherm dat deze het routepunt overslaat (zonder bevestiging trouwens). Ik krijg wel heel snel de melding "herberekenen". Het nieuwe routepunt zie ik op de app uiteraard ook niet.
