Map problem with here Garmin

This route should go from point 10 to 15 and not make the turn, hoa can i provide the esxtra round? This is on "here garmin map" on "tom tom map" it works .
Any idea?

Have you already tried whether "disable seasonal closures" in the toolkit has an influence on this?
Have you already looked with Streetview to see what a possible obstacle could cause?
Have you already enabled the "Trafic" map layer to see if a possible cause is found?

I have found several instances with Here maps that the map tiling creates a gap in the road i.e the road exists but when the map tile is created it does not line up. This causes all sorts of routing issues.

Had to create a small "off road" section in basecamp to get the Zumo XT to route past the break

Reported the issue to Here and it was fixed. But not in the Garmin release of the mapping......yet.

such a problem was present two years ago in BC and on Garmin PNAs (my Drivesmart). It hits me in France at Cassis on the way to a supermarkt nearby when we want to buy our daily requirements for our holiday apartment. At the forum navigating.de a lot of bikers reports such issues found in Italy.
With the next update of the maps 2023 the problem was fixed.
Now it happened again? It is not a problem of HERE, it is a compilation Problem of Garmin. You can check the location on HereWeGo their own navigation App or on the Here service and see that there map is oK.

same situation was in 2022, Garmin fails, here and other navigation tools working with here data (Ford) were ok.

And finally Here did not sell „Maps“ to their customers, Garmin a lot of automotive companies. They sell attribute raw data in packages of different contents. For sample only roads or road together with ways on parking grounds and and. The customer have their own compiler to create the maps for sample in a coorporate designin colours.![alt no prblem there

It was the seasonale closure that forced this error. The queation is "is that route really closed at this time?" I didnt find informations on closures. Here is the link to the route.
