how to overrule an oneway street in a route? (public transport busroute)

Is it possible to overrule an onewaystreet when making a route on my computer?

I am drawing routes from public transportbusses and sometimes the bus is allowed to drive into a onewaystreet from the wrong side.
Or the bus has seperate lanes, or little 'in between'streets at busy points, where not other traffic is allowed.

How can I draw this routes so accurate as possible ?

@Peter-vd-K Certainly, you can do that. To do so, select the car in the blue box at the point across from the street where you are not allowed to drive in. If A marks the beginning of the street, then at B (wp3 in the next picture), choose the car and your route will still go in the opposite direction.

Waypoint 3 is in the opposite direction.
