Seasonal closures

I am trying to place waypoints from Aosta to the petit St Bernard pass via La thuile on the ss26. I have disabled seasonal closures but it still takes me a different route, no matter how many waypoints i put in to dissuade it otherwise! Any thoughts?

I try to create the situation but have no problems with the route.
Maybe it would be better if you put a link to your route here.
Don't forget to set the privacy setting to 'public'.

@Jack-van-Tilburg Jack, you are a magician. I have no idea what I was doing wrong but I could not get it to follow the route on the ss26 as you have done, even with seasonal changed. Thank you.

What helps with route planning is adjusting the transparency of the route line.
I set it to 60%. This way you can see from the route line if a given route is traversed twice as it is darker there. To avoid this, you should play with the position of a waypoint in this case.
