Account login required

I noticed last weekend when I had no /weak signal each morning before opening next navigation I was asked to login to my account and the login timed out a few times , only when I went outside and eventually got signal could I login and use the app. If we are in a remote area with little to zero signal and need to use offline maps and routing that won’t be possible without being able to log in which requires signal (if the app is still asking us to login ) , wondering if this has been noticed and hopefully is a quick fix ?
This was using previous version 3.2.11 so not sure if anything’s changed with the new version. (Iphone 12) -

If you don’t have internet the app doesn’t check your login status. If you have very bad internet it might get confused between checking and receiving a response about your authentication status. Will check later
