Thank you for making the comments, problems and suggestions public. It has been interesting to see the problems (sometimes self inflicted) people have had and the replies made by the people from MyRoute.
I know nothing about writing software or applications, but just seeing a part of the polite and patient way that the team have addressed the comments, admitting where a problem is real and confirming that it will be worked on, is really good.
Similarly, the self-help forum has been really useful to me, with all and any questions answered clearly and quickly.
Keep up the good work. It is much appreciated.
