Reverse back home

After I drove my route yesterday to meet a friend at a sportsbar in a small town (sounds better to my wife than just a bar); I tried to restart my route to drive back home. I thought it might automatically reverse the route for my drive back home. After a few seconds, the waypoint numbers showed as reversed on the map. I thought wunderbar, cool, brilliant! However, as I started driving, the driving directions didn’t follow my route. It recalculated a fastest route along a main highway instead of the country roads via my shaping points. I’m not really sure what the ‘reversing’ behavior should be. I’ll try this again in case It was user error. Here is a link to the route in case you want to see it.

@Gary-Clark Reversing isn't a feature yet in the Navigation app. What happened is that is sent you to the first waypoint from your current location using the fastest route possible.
What would have worked: edit the route (in the website, click on the pencil icon in the app) and use the toolkit to reverse it.
Load it again in the app and tadaa
