MRA Beta ride results iOS
-
1st, I would like to say the new version is great compared to the older navigation program. Great job!
- after riding and navigating for about one and a half hours, my iphone screen went dark. After waking it up, it went dark again. After repeating several times, I stopped the route and restarted the route. The route remained on the screen again.
- If the route is stopped and restarted, the route does not pick up based on your location. It always goes to waypoint #1. I would love to see the navigation pick up based on location. Especially when the route has to be stopped and restarted.
- Skipping a waypoint. at first I did not think it worked, but learned, just keep skipping the waypoint. Eventually it will skip. It takes multiple attempts for each waypoint that I skipped. This was a result of having to restart the route, and it only starts again at waypoint 1 even though we have navigated half way through the route.
Overall, it is a huge improvement from the older navigation app. I really like being able to navigate directly from the route that I developed.

- This is something that has been reported and is scheduled to be added at a later date.
-
- To skip multiple waypoints, expand the map and do a long press on the waypoint that you wish to start from.
Again, thanks for the compliments
