The app calculates arrival time at WayPoints using , I assume an average speed.

Can this speed be altered? if so how do I do this. I am planning some routes for Vintage Motorcycles and wish to reduce the average speed used.

Hi Hans, thanks for the reply.
Can you advise how the app calculates the arrival time for each way point?
          Thanks John

This link is for the Here Map API that may shed some light on the things it considers in its estimated time calculations.

            https://developer.here.com/documentation/routing/dev_guide/topics/resource-type-dynamic-speed-info.html

In my experience the Here Map on my Garmin XT is usually pretty accurate.

@Steve-Lynch , thanks for that. It appears that it is a function of whatever map you choose to use ?
