So the problem is solved?
Because 100% is totally transparent and invisible.
I myself have Transparency at 20%.

@nick-carthew haha, this is so strange becuase that black line is totally not ! there when i go in.

Perhaps is the web browser i am using???

Maybe you misread my post.
“You could check the “Route Line Transparency” in the Toolkit and make sure it is not set to 100%.”

As Jack said , 100% means the route line is completely transparent as in not visible.

@andrew-15 I have opened your route on my PC using my Gold account and my Basic test account. Both accounts show the track line using Chrome. I would check what Jack and Steve have mentioned about route line transparency.

I don't understand what's going on here.
With OpenStreetMap (OSM) I don't see a route line.
I see that with TomTom and Here map.
This is food for a technician. Possibly an issue with OSM?

Es posible que sea un problema de servidor..... hasta ayer funcionó bien, pude hacer rutas, pero hoy al querer continuar ya no funcionaba.....

Also when creating a new route I don't see a line when using OSM.
The calculation of the route also takes a very long time.

Yes, having problems too. No track line showing. Transparency NOT set to 100%.
These are routes that previously displayed fine. Running slow too.
