track between waypoints is not showing

Hi,

i have a 6000 mile route saved on my account but the black line showing which roads ill be taking is no longer showing. it has been like this for a week now? is this a bug that is getting fixed?

Can you post a link of the route here?
Do you use MRA RoutePlanner or MRA Mobile app?
Don't forget to make the route status "public".

You could check the “Route Line Transparency” in the Toolkit and make sure it is not set to 100%.

So the problem is solved?
Because 100% is totally transparent and invisible.
I myself have Transparency at 20%.

@nick-carthew haha, this is so strange becuase that black line is totally not ! there when i go in.

Perhaps is the web browser i am using???

@andrew-15 Ive tried on chrome and mozilla firefox and still cannot see the black line.

are you two gold members?

Maybe you misread my post.

As Jack said , 100% means the route line is completely transparent as in not visible.

@andrew-15 I have opened your route on my PC using my Gold account and my Basic test account. Both accounts show the track line using Chrome. I would check what Jack and Steve have mentioned about route line transparency.

Don't forget to set the privacy setting to 'public'.
