Actually only tomtom give a desktop planner (mydrive) and a navigation tool app (also for carplay) that make possible create a route and drive it easily.
MyRoute App and Navigator can become a real competitor of this.
Only these 2 software are able to do that, actually.

I would add: on condition that the navigator is stable, and makes full use of all the routeplanner features and vice versa.
In my opinion the TomTom desktop planner is quite limited.
