Connector issues with ITN format into TomTom

    Hi,

    Has anyone else had issues importing ITN formats straight into TomTom using the Connector tool? This worked but today I tried importing five routes and even though the Connector tells me the import was successful and I can select the routes on my TomTom, when I try to load the routes, I get a message on the TomTom, "No Route Possible". I have never had issues before today. I am using a Mac in case that helps?

    Any thoughts?

        Shame... I have also tried in Windows, and importing using Windows explorer, but the issues persist. I wonder if it's an issue with the device?

          Problem resolved. I reset my TomTom to factory settings, restarted, reimported the routes and bingo! No problem.
