Suggestion: don't consider shaping waypoints to be "destinations" in PDF export

When I export a route to PDF, each waypoint currently gets 3 lines in the instructions saying:

      1. "Turn left onto XYZRoad. Go for x km", where x is the distance from the turn to the waypoint.
      2. "Arrive at XYZRoad. [Your destination is on the right]". The last part of this line isn't always there.
      3. "Head [toward SomeRoad|direction] on XYZRoad. Go for y km", where y is the distance from the waypoint to the next turn.

Especially since the introduction of via-points, this is superfluous and even somewhat annoying for shaping points, as they are not intended to be used as destinations at all.

Ideally, these 3 lines should be replaced by just a single line for shaping points. From the example above this would be: "Turn left onto XYZRoad. Go for x+y km.", basically treating the shaping point as if it wasn't there (which is what nav systems do).
