Feature request: expand and reduce

I suggest to update the "expand" and "reduce" features in the toolbox so that theya can no longer interfere with Via point but only shaping points.
It is annoying the reduce a route and have your carefully selected via points disapear.
It is not difficult, it is easy, it's a hobby
