Adjust generated roundtrip not possible on phone

Today I wanted to create a roundtrip with the generator in the app. There were some strange turns in the original route, so I wanted to make some changes. When I click the pencil only waypoints for the start and the finish are created. It's a track and I can't create a route out of it. On the website this is possible, on the phone in the Navigation Next app it isn't. I use version 6.0.0 (532) and also have access to the Routeplanner Next Beta.

Could you share screenshots of the exact flow?
Editing a roundtrip in the app should not be possible because there is nothing to edit
On the website you also can't really edit a roundtrip so unsure what you are talking about. -
I have added two screenshots. One from the app, one from the website. Both are made after the roundtrip has been saved and reopened.
