What is the black Route Line for?

Hi,

what is the black Route Line for?
I saw it several times on my last trip.

What is this symbol? I don't recognize it.
But it seems you (or somebody else from whom you got this route) placed something there. And as @hubert-thoring says, at that T-junction you should go left, go to that point and then go back to the same T-junction

The second image shows the same but the point were you need to go left or right is offscreen. But is see a finish flag at the bottom???

Black = blocked road
Whereas red is severe delay (heavy traffic), black would indicate road closure.

No, it is not in the webplanner.
