    Hello Support Team,
    I am writing to you regarding the use of MyRoute-App on two different smartphones. I use a Pixel 9 in my car and a dedicated Pixel 5 for my motorcycle rides. Both devices run with Android Auto.
    Since the latest update, I have been facing a frustrating issue: I am systematically forced to log out and log in again every time I switch between devices. While I completely understand the security reasons behind limiting active sessions, this constraint is highly inconvenient in practice.
    When I am about to start a motorcycle trip, if I realize my session was left active on my other smartphone, I have to re-enter my credentials. This requires a stable cellular network connection, which is not always available in remote areas at the start of a ride. Additionally, I do not always have my credentials handy on the spot.
    Is there any workaround to prevent this automatic log out when switching devices? Would it be possible to allow persistent login for a limited number of devices (e.g., dual-device registration) under the same account?
    Thank you very much for your assistance and feedback.

      I don't think this is necessary. In the settings menu (click on the avatar), you'll see an option at the bottom called "My Devices." If you click on it, you'll see a list of the devices that are logged in and the option to log one or more of them out. So no need to log out!

      met een R1250RT met TFT en BMW Connected Ride App (die dus nog steeds niet voldoet!) ;
      de Garmin Zumo XT en M.R.A. in combinatie met de Carpuride W702 (voor Android op de Motor!) en een Samsung Galaxy S24

        @Thiebaut, Just two devices should be no problem, removing one from the list does not log it out of the platform. Next time you can just use the other phone again, without the need to re-login. If you really need an extra device license, you can contact MRA support.

        I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

        Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebar to the saddle.

          Thank you for the very quick reply! 😉

          The problem is that I am forced to log in every single time.

          Ideally (just as a feature suggestion), it could work like Coyote or Waze: with the same account, you can only have one active session at a time. If the app is active on one device and you launch it on another at the same time, the first one simply stops working, but without requiring a manual log out.

          With this principle, there are no unexpected disconnections or tedious login prompts—just a seamless switch from one device to the other.

          To wrap up, I don’t need an extra device license, just a better device management system like Coyote or Waze.

            @Thiebaut, that is of course not really feasible when you consider many people are using the app offline. But I want to stress again that you do not need any tedious logins when you remove a device from the list, if you do not overuse an account.
