In the old versions, I don't remember until which version of the app, even if you didn't set a destination, speed cameras were reported, now not anymore... did something change, or is there something to be set?

@Aiello-antonino Speedcamera's and other traffic warnings are only available when you are really navigating. You can set those warnings in Account > Navigation settings > Functional, and in the Screen layout menu > Warnings.

Yes, but if I remember correctly, before they were reported even without having set any destination... did I dream about it?

It would also be a good idea if speed camera warnings, once they appear on the screen, disappeared automatically, since two times out of three they remain on the screen even after kilometers and kilometers from the reported speed camera.
-
This doesn't happen to me, it appears 400 meters before and disappears shortly after passing it...

Yes, it was never there outside a navigation session...

I believe something about this has been done in the previous update. Is that still a problem in the current one? (after updating).

With the latest version of the app I have already done three motorcycle rides of about 200km each and on Android Auto the problem persists quite often.
