Hi, I've just registered as a new gold user. I used a trial version in 2018 to plan a trip to Norway, and it worked very well.

I haven't used it since but i am now planning a trip to Austria in 2021.

I have just created a basic route, but I am now looking to fine tune it, and wanted to select some of the route options. However, I don't get any choices in the toolkit, all i see is "Routing Options : Off road". Why do I not see the options that were in the lesson 4 video?

What map do you use?

Hi John, if you are a Basic member then you have only the possibility for the Standaard OpenStreetMap and you can't juse the toolkit.

@Hans-van-de-Ven-MRA-Master hi, i realised eventually that it was a map related issue and have changed to HERE, which solved the problem, thank you.

@Paul-Pals hi, i am a gold member but i hadn't realised about the map types, i have changed to the HERE map and that has fixed the problem, many thanks.
