Logon not recognised on App

Hello,
Using an android device (which I normally use successfully) and my first attempt to logon to the new app informed me that it did not recognise my credentials.
I went to chrome (on the same device) and logged onto the planner to write this.
This is my first logon but my username and password work fine on the planner and I have already modified routes and explored the system.
The username and password are correct.
Nothing urgent as I was only looking at what changes there are ( I like the new splash screen btw).

@Nick-Dawson, Your credentials for the new planner may differ from the old planner. If you step to the new platform in the app, you need to use the credentials for the new planner.

Hi and thank you for replying.
My credentials are different and I entered the new details (which I also enter for MyRouteApp Next).
It may simply be a blip and I will give it a go again next week.
