Problem with HERE, getting the route correct ??

Trying to get a old route into MRA.
I try to get the route around point 24 going down, but HERE refuses to do so, TT and OSM route the way I planned.( going down and up again.)

@BertM the data for the Here map is different on the loop to the north of Marienhagen
the Here map says it is not possible to pass
this appears to be because the Here map has a small section of this road marked as "Local Access Only"
maybe the road priority has changed & Here is correct & OSM & TomTom are wrong

Navigate "Routes as Tracks" in Offline mode with Offline Maps

It was 10 Years ago I did that trip... maybe we do it again and check

@BertM the first picture is MRA just using the 3 different routing calculators, Here, TomTom & OSM
by moving the 2 points closer together I was able to isolate / narrow down where the Here card was failing
then looking on the Here Map Creator site I was able to find the local access restrictionthe reason that the route is working for you in one direction & not the other is you were lucky / unlucky that you have placed point 33 exactly on the restricted road so the routing passes through
if you move point 22 so it is next to point 33 then the route will pass both ways
